Dr. Katie Bresnahan

Dr. Bresnahan grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and from a young age knew she wanted to become a doctor and heal animals of all shapes and sizes. Later, she graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine. She then attended the WIMU regional program of Washington State and Utah State University and graduated in the class of 2020.

Dr. Bresnahan is certified in mixed animal acupuncture from the Chi Institute. She is passionate about integrating Western and Eastern medical approaches to give her patients the best possible outcomes. Her other interests include rehabilitation medicine and nutrition.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, trail running, and endurance horseback riding. When she is not out exploring the beauties of Utah, she can be found reading a good book and cuddling with her cat, Deaglan.
