Suzanne Weber DVM
Dr. Weber graduated from Brigham Young University (’99) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. For her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, she started at Ross University in St. Kitts and then finished her clinical studies at the University of Minnesota Veterinary School (’02). Her interests include ultrasound imaging and dermatology. During her summer months at BYU, Dr. Weber worked at a dairy farm in Payson and at the BYU dairy farm. She also spent a summer working at the Hogle Zoo. She lives in Draper, Utah, with her two children, Audrey and James, her husband Carl their cat, Kit Kat, and a Bull Terrier, Diver. Audrey and James love to come to the clinic and visit the dogs and cats, especially the puppies. In her free time Dr. Weber likes to scuba dive, ski, read, cook, and hike.
Micall Godderidge DVM
Dr. Godderidge graduated from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She was born in Alpine, Utah and moved to Heber City, Utah at the age of 7. She was raised on a farm amidst horses, mules, dogs, goats, cats and chickens. She graduated with high honors from Wasatch High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Veterinary Science from Utah State University with minors in Chemistry and Biology. Dr. Godderidge then continued on to Washington for Veterinary School. While she loved Washington State, the beauty of Utah and family brought her back. Dr. Godderidge lives with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs, a golden retriever (Molly) and a drahthaar (Sioux). Outside of practice she loves to spend time with her family skiing, riding mules, camping, hiking, running, riding bikes and playing golf.
Megan McCarthy DVM
Dr. McCarthy graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. McCarthy was born and raised in Orlando and grew up swimming, fishing, and exploring the beaches and wetlands of Florida. After volunteering at a busy wildlife rehabilitation center in Orlando, Dr. McCarthy found her passion for veterinary medicine and caring for injured wildlife. Dr. McCarthy received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida before moving to Gainesville for veterinary school. While at UF, Dr. McCarthy developed areas of interest in dentistry, soft tissue surgery, shelter medicine, and geriatric and end of life care. Upon graduating veterinary school, Dr. McCarthy relocated to Utah to be closer to family and the great outdoors. She lives with her husband, John, 3 cats (Q, Keira, and Khloe), and their Labrador mix (Dexter). Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. McCarthy enjoys traveling, visiting National parks, hiking, camping, and cheering on her Florida Gators.
Emma is a pre-vet student at Brigham Young University majoring in biology. She was born and raised in north central Montana where she found a passion for working with large animals. In her free time, she plays in the BYU marching band and pep band. Emma also enjoys hiking, camping, riding horses, and volunteering and local high schools.
Hannah is currently a biology student at Brigham Young University and plans on applying to vet school in 2019. She grew up in a rural town on the central coast of California, where she developed a love for animals from a very young age. She has been a member of our team since 2017, and has loved every minute of it! In her free time she loves to backpack, kayak, fish and hunt with her husband Ben.
Cindy started working for us in February of 2016. After raising her two young boys she has decided to re-enter the work she loves as a veterinary technician. Cindy has several years of previous experience working at other clinics before starting her family. She is from Spanish Fork where she grew up farming and raising cattle. She and her family love the outdoors; camping, fishing, 4-wheeling and snowmobiling. Being raised on the farm she loves all animals, especially her two family dogs, a Yorkshire named Lilly and a Yellow Lab named Harley.
Courtney Del Castillo
Courtney joined our team in June 2018. She started working in this field in November 2012 and absolutely loves it. She graduated from Broadview University and passed as a Certified Veterinary Technician in October 2013. She grew up living all over the world but when her family moved back to Utah, she decided to stay. She lives with her husband, son, cat named Sammy and 2 dogs. Her pups are a Shiba Inu, Kanji and a Boder Collie, Luka.
Jessica has been working as a Veterinary Technician for nearly 11 years, 8 of which have been part of this team. She was raised in the great outdoors of Jackson, Wyoming until she moved to utah in 2004. Once here in Utah, she found her niche in life with the combination of nursing and her love of animals. Her interests and specialties are in surgery assisting and dentistry. She goes above and beyond for clients while taking care of their hospitalized animals with updated photos and and personalized care. Outside of work Jessica enjoys camping, hiking and attending her son Zayden’s sports activities.
Candice grew up in Lehi, Ut. She was raised on a dairy farm, and knew from a young age that she wanted to work with animals. She is currently taking classes through Penn Foster to gain her associates in Veterinary Technology. She resides in Lehi with her husband Jason and her 4 children. The family also enjoys their 3 dogs, Jake (beagle), Mia (chihuahua), and Yoda (yorkie), as well as their 2 cats Athena and Hudson, and bearded dragon Paseal.
Liz grew up in rural Pennsylvania and has always had a love for animals. Over the years her home has been a haven for big dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, and freshwater fish. Currently, Bear—a Great Pyrenees—warms her feet at night and watches over six cats, a couple of tanks of fish, visiting grandchildren and Liz’s husband, Scott. Liz enjoys gardening, directing her local church choir, crocheting, time with family, and is passionate about genealogy and family history research.
Amber recently joined our team from our sister clinic, South Mountain Pet Care, in Draper. She moved to Utah last September from Nampa Idaho, but is originally from the east coast. She has been a veterinary technician for about 10 years, dealing with many different species, ranging from exotics to horses and cows. Amber enjoys hiking, agility performance, and participating in conformation dog shows with her 3-year-old Icelandic Sheepdog.
